Talking, reading, writing and discussing so much around the qualities of a Good leader, I have few simple interpretations here. I believe, a true leader makes his/her impact irrespective of title or authority , he/ she is the one who has the uncanny ability to bring out the best in everyone; and infact not merely in the organisational context, one can see the genuine leader making an everlasting difference in whichever arena; be it in the family , society or any other context. Its more about the influencer leaving behind an inspiring legacy …
